This beachy condo provides gorgeous views of the Gulf from its well appointed 10th floor balcony. The host fully stocks this condo with everything needed — cooking and dinnerware, spices, storage bags, coffee, cleaning and laundry supplies, plush towels, new toothbrushes, and paper goods. The condo's interior has a beachy décor with comfy furniture and beds with luscious linens. Our only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay!"

"We had a great girl's trip at Shawn's condo! Originally we were hesitant to book because there were not many reviews but that would've been a mistake. This condo is beautiful and has everything you could ever need — extra beach chairs, baby gear, toiletries, laundry materials, zip locks, aluminum foil. I can't believe just how well thought out the space was compared to other Airbnbs we've stayed at in the past. Shawn was an extremely thoughtful and responsive host. We can't wait to come back!"

"I underestimated how close to everything we would need this building was. Incredible location! It was nice to see a very clean beach, pool area, well equipped gym and a nice park in walking distance! The condo was stocked with everything I needed to cook meals and store food. Having some coffee, dishwasher and laundry pods, and some seasonings came in very handy! Towels were nice, new and fluffy and having beach chairs already in the room was so nice. I would definitely stay again."

"The condo was great! Exactly as described. It was stocked with basic needs so that you didn't have to immediately go to the store for trash bags and such. The location was also great — next to the Russell Fields Pier, Pier Park, the Emerald Hub, and an arcade all nearby. What stood out to me was the minimal amount of time we had to wait for the elevator, a parking spot, and a luggage cart. There were also multiple items for small kids/babies. We would definitely stay again!"

Easy check in, super easy check out. Bathroom had toothbrushes, toothpaste, extra rags and towels, box fan in closet with an ice chest. Several kids beach toys. Coffee in kitchen. Really great and definitely would stay again."

"The stay was great! The apartment was just as described but even better when you see the beachfront view for yourself as soon as you open the door. Being right on the beach was the target for this stay and being able to walk from the apartment straight onto the beach was the best. The beach lounge set up with umbrella already included was so convenient and hassle free. Look forward to a return visit soon!"

"This was a great place to stay that met our expectations. We wanted to stay by the sea within walking distance of restaurants, and that's what we got. The apartment was well equipped. The view from the balcony is stunning! A plus is that sun loungers by the sea are included. Shawn was a very good host who responded promptly.
